Our Commitment to Local Produce
We believe great food starts with exceptional ingredients, and we’re proud to support local farmers and producers. Here’s what goes into our dishes:
- Free-range eggs from Leault Farm, Dunachton.
- Golden local heather honey from Drumguish.
- Freshly baked goods from Highland bakers.
- Seasonal strawberries and raspberries from Easel Farm, Dalnavert
- Wark Farm pies from organic farmers of Hebridean sheep and pedigree belted Galloways, Royal warrant-holding butchers, Cairngorms National Park.
- Herbs grown in our own back garden.
By championing local suppliers, we celebrate the rich flavours of the Cairngorms in every bite.
